cartwheels is an almost-legal teenage girl who photomanipulates, loves her dog and tap dances - but not at the same time. cartwheels 'attempted' manipulation after seeing artwork on howrse that others had done, and aspired to be just like them. 4 versions of Photoshop, a Bamboo Tablet and 3 years of 'attempting' later, she has made numerous layouts and manipulations on howrse and deviantART.
cartwheels had given up many moons ago, due to stolen artwork and rude people - but she is back. And staying.
